How many can I buy?
For toys, the limit per customer is one toy per color/style. For all other items the limit per customer is 5.
I do not live in the United States. Can I place an order?

We accept orders from the United States and select International Countries list below: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, China, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Guam, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, United Kingdom.
When will I receive my order?
Please allow up to 7 business days for order processing and verification, and an additional 10 business days for delivery. We do not ship out on Saturdays or Sundays. If your order has not arrived within the aforementioned guidelines, please contact us and we will do our best to track your order for you.

What shipping carrier will you use?
All items are shipped via United Parcel Service/UPS.

Can I track my order?
All customers receive a shipping confirmation email when their order ships, which includes the UPS tracking number and link to track your order. Please allow up to a week for orders to process.

For international orders will I need to pay sales tax or duties? You are responsible for paying all applicable international charges for your order, including import duties and taxes. We collect all duties in advance of shipping your order.. NY residents will pay applicable sales tax.
Can I order by phone? Other payments?
We do not accept orders over the phone. All mail orders must be placed through our KAWS: WHAT PARTY ecommerce website.

Do you accept payment by check or PayPal?
In our Shop, we accept cash and credit cards only. The KAWS: WHAT PARTY ecommerce website accepts Credit Cards only.
When will I receive my order?

When will my exhibition catalog ship?
KAWS: WHAT PARTY exhibition catalogs are available for pre-order. Orders will be shipped in June.
Do members receive a discount?
All members receive a 10% discount, except on KAWS toys. Please provide your member number in the notes.
Refunds or exchanges? Damages?
We do not accept returns for refunds, credits, or exchanges. All sales are final. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed all information in your order prior to finalizing your purchase, including your billing and shipping address, e-mail and telephone number.

My product arrived damaged. What happens next?

We always do our best to carefully package products to avoid any damages in transit, however if you do receive a product that has been damaged in transit, all items must be inspected within 15 days of receiving and customer service must be notified within 15 days of delivery. Images and descriptions of defects/damages must be provided for review to: kawsquestions@brooklynmuseum.org.

What do I do if the item’s packaging is torn or damaged?

All packaging is just a protection against damage. We cannot replace or repair any damaged packaging.
Why does my billing and shipping address have to match?
We require that your billing and shipping address match as an additional step to prevent credit card fraud.
Can I visit the KAWS: WHAT PARTY exhibition shop without a ticket to the exhibition?
No, You must have a ticket for the exhibition in order to access the exhibition shop. Once you enter the shop there is no re-entry to the exhibition. KAWS products will be available only in the exhibition shop and online.
Can I order online and pick up in the Museum Shop?
Orders placed online will be shipped and cannot be picked up in the Museum shop.
